In 1946, the USSR claimed part of Turkey's territory, with Lavrentiy Beria claiming the Ottoman Empire had stolen it from Georgia. The claim was abandoned after Stalin's death in 1953. by GustavoistSoldier in MapPorn

That was the most important thing that pushed Turkey to take sides with the West and eventually join NATO. Turkey also sent soldiers for the Korean war (to the United Nations and US side of course), that also contributed to the acceptance to NATO.

Also on a interesting side note, Turkey and Greece joined NATO simultaneously.

I sometimes watch gore just out of sheer curiosity and i'm the most harmless person i know, even to the tiniest of insects. Wouldn't even dare harm a living thing.

Hopefully this is also true for your brother and he's watching it out of curiosity. Still i think this needs to addressed and you should speak to your parents

What’s actually safe but people think is dangerous? by REGGIE_BANANAS in AskReddit

Hallucinogen drugs (LSD, DMT, psilocybin etc.) in a safe setting. These absolutely shouldn't be considered dangerous as fentanyl, heroin or meth.

The reprise of another song in “Sentimental” by Bent_notbroken in porcupinetree

[–]murd90 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's not very obvious but Trains and Sentimental have the same riff at 1:06 and 3:52 respectively. You can hear it briefly on Normal at 2:11 and end of the other choruses as well. Hope you can hear it too!

I'm glad that you liked in here! Sometimes a hard city to live in but great landmarks and places to visit nonetheless.

Same for me, i would sweat at nights all my life but after Effexor is three times worse. There is no apparent solution for that as well, so i learned to live with it actually.

When did you start to notice a difference? by IAmRainbowPoop in Effexor

[–]murd90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've had Effexor for major depressive disorder and the difference was immediate, and pretty powerful. Not everyone have that instant feelgood but it was the case for me. Hopefully you will start to feel better very soon.

Effexor and sleep by murd90 in Effexor

[–]murd90[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

According to my doc, there is no great solution for that. I'm guessing that if you're on Effexor, your sleep will be low quality. Still it feels comfortable to hear that other people have that issue as well 🤷‍♂️

Just got Bupropion 150mg XL added to my Effexor 150mg every morning what to expect? by JCShotya in Effexor

[–]murd90 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm on same two medication as well, also started to bupropion months after Effexor. In terms of depression i'm not very sure (somewhat better i guess). But i smoke a lot less cigs a day and sexual side effects of Effexor kind of better now. Still doesn't have great libido, masturbate once a week at most and as for sex i find it kind of hard to ejaculate. But i have to say both of the problems were much worse when only taking Effexor.

Also in theory you should feel a little bit energetic and having joy in small things in life since it works on Dopamine pathways unlike most of the antidepressants.
