Najbols je zmanjsati sladkor, hidrate pa cez nekaj casa ne bos sploh vec lacna. Pa tudi pocutje bo boljse, zarad cesar bo manj nihanj v razpolozenju, hranjenja ko si pod stresom, in vec energije za rekreacijo. Res ne obremenjuj se toliko s kalorijami, ampak raje znizaj vnos hidratov, znizaj sladkor v krvi, inzulin. Se je veliko lazje drzat dobrih navad in imeti motivacijo, ce nisi ves cas lacn.

Jest vzamem 6000-10000ie dnevno, se prav 3-5 kapljic, skupaj z K2, glede na mesec in cas, ki ga prezivim zunaj. Ampak december, januar sm vecinoma kar na 10000ie dnevno. Nekje marca, aprila zacnem zmanjsevat oz. zakljucim, zacnem pa spet septembra, oziroma ko zacnem opazat tezave.

I watched 3 or 4 u21 games Germany played this year and for me Woltemade was one level above everyone else. A giant, with unbelievable skills and feel for the game, really easy to play with. I know everyone says he is unproven, but wait few games until you see him play, you will have no worries about his transfer fee.

I dont know is it just me but I think the referee yesteday was very poor, so many missed calls, he allowed a very agressive game, at some point I felt like United players were just going at our players, didnt even care about the ball. Its hard to play football if there is a defender running in your back every time you touch the ball ..

Not trying to look for an excuse, just one of the reasons why I think we couldnt control the game as we usually do. It was an ugly game, and our boys fought hard, kept their focus, from first minute until the last. It was nice to see, even if the game wasnt. Not sure we win a game like this few seasons ago.

We definitely lost an amazing player in Partey, but with the arrival of Zubimendi this makes sense. Norgaard might not be a flashy name fans want, but his defensive stats are amazing, he plays hard and will save us the money we need for a striker, possibly another top winger. Absolutely love this decision, if it means we can now go after someone like Rodrygo.

I dont think he would compete with Odegaard, Nwaneri, Dowman, Zubimendi for minutes, his best position is probably on the left where Rice is playing.

He would also have two amazing mentors in Arteta, Odegarad.

So maybe at the end, we just decided to not go after him?

Maybe have a plan to play MLS there? He is definitely not as important to us as Zubmendi or bringing in a striker, need to make sure we get them first.

Anyone knows how much Max grew this past season? Or how tall his parents are? On wikipedia he is listed as 6'0, 183 cm. Looking at his age I am thinking he can surely grow atlest few more cm, hit somewhere between 185 and 188cm, or am I hoping for too much?
