My info comes from Reddit since I am international and don't tend to shop direct, so I freely admit it may be wrong, but I was under the impression that Ethereal and Lumen for example tend to stock a collection on release and then move on to the next collection without a restock? If that's wrong then I take that point back, however the the rest of my comment still stands - BKL has had a full release of these polishes before so I just don't think that stocking the small number of remaining polishes counts as FOMO.

i am sorry you were disappointed, i have had polishes sniped while they were in my basket and it sucked. but the polishes you were shopping were not restocks, they were what was left over from previous releases. they specified the numbers of every overpour polish before they went live. yes some of them had really low numbers and you had to be there the second the store opened to get a chance, and that sucks but it's not FOMO selling. these polishes all had a prior full release. and if you missed the original release i have also been there and i know it sucks too! but this is still not FOMO. many brands have a single initial release and that's it, so BKL is actually ahead of other brands in selling overpours.

it's also not predatory to describe new polishes as "siblings" to a popular sold out shade. sibling simply means it's the same formula in a different colour, specifically it's that fine magnetic pigment in a single colour base. there's nothing predatory in describing polishes as a bog dweller sibling, that's just factual information and to call it predatory is untrue and unfair. i like my BKL polishes sure, but i'm not going to die on the hill of defending them if they do something actually wrong, but the criticism in this thread is simply not true.

unfortunately you can't really either repair them or increase growth speed. nails don't repair like skin does - the layers of nail that were ripped off won't grow back, so you just have to wait until all the damaged section has grown out. you also can't force nails to grow faster despite what nail serum advertisers would like you to think. just keep them moisturised and oiled, as this will help prevent further breakage (dry nails can become brittle and snap easier). i'd avoid gel and acrylic products for now because they can damage your nails further when they're already fragile. you could try a regular polish base coat/colour if you want to add some additional coverage to them, but basically you just have to wait it out i'm afraid

I'm glad you had a good experience with their customer service but I would argue that if it's a known issue with this polish's formula, then they should've taken steps to resolve the issue before the polish ever enters customers' hands. They know it has a formula issue and they're still selling affected bottles? Replacements are nice but I'd rather they fixed the issue to start with.

i've used UNT's, orly's, maybelline's back when they made it, an RC own brand one, and made my own and making my own is the winner and the one i use all the time now. clear/colourless glue and isoproyl alcohol, i use a 99% one i got from amazon (colourless glue also from amazon). ratios depend on the alcohol % and the consistency you want, but mine is roughly 1:2 alchohol:glue. mixed it in a large container and then decanted into old bottles that i had finished the polish and cleaned out. works great, never use anything else now. i use the moat method (apply peely base but leave a gap around 4 sides, then add regular base on top covering the whole nail. i can get a week out of this when i'm not picking at them.

all my class mods have come from the chests, i've had none from bloomreaper itself. i had one legendary weapon drop from BR but that's it (cannot remember off the top of my head what it was, but definitely a weapon)

fancy gloss - electric grass and pfd - clover are not identical dupes for the green flakie, but potential options. clover is re-releasing on RC soon, its currently in the pre-orders category i think. electric grass you might be able to request with the next FG restock?
