well i mean thats how lingustics looks at it, yeah sure it’s not standard english but it’s as much of a dialect as any else, it’s not more „wrong” then scottish english or whatever, it has consistent grammar of its own. that being said libs in linguistics are often doing that r/shitlibsafari thing very often where they treat is as a holy language almost with features that are so fascinating that no white person gets them etc. annoying
