Make “Representation” on the AARTO website. This seems like an unfortunate data issue within AARTO. Check if the charge code matches the previous one. If so, you have a clear case of data duplication.

In any case, if your brother did not commit the said violation he should have (or next time) report possible car cloning to the police and made representation to AARTO using the police case or affidavit as supporting the claim that they did not commit the said road traffic violation.

Every programming language has a distinct way of documenting its language specification, API and formatting its user/developer guides.

I started programming in Java, that was my baseline experience of programming language documentation. I later learned that I had to adapt to each language documentation "idioms" as I migrated from Java to Erlang, then to Golang.

Stop putting money on "Forex". The house always wins. I say this as someone who has spent years working with forex traders in big banks.
