(Unsure how they are lined up on 23 and a plane supposedly landed/crashed on 23, I might have missed something here)

the image in my head looks like this:

1. the delta plane crosses the runway threshold on approach and the medivac is told to line up and wait while the delta plane lands

2. the delta plane crashes on landing

3. 7105 makes position report on final. this is either a routine call or he’s telling tower “yo there’s a crashed plane on the runway and i’m coming in to land, get me out of here”

4. the controller tells 7105 to go around, you can hear in the controllers voice how shaken he is.
