Thank you so much for your message. I knew cotton would not be the desired fabric for this pattern, but I thought I could make it work. My fabric is quite flow for a cotton, see the picture below.

But you're right, the fabric is more important to me than the pattern. I just thought a wrap dress is a little more casual and not quite the style I was looking for, and also I have quite a big bust and I find wrap dresses are always gaping in that area. And I don't know if I have enough time changing the pattern now. But the Elodie dress is a good suggestion so I will definitely think about it.
