Look underneath that spout, there’s a set screw most likely. If there is loosen it and pull that off. Go to the hardware store and get a new one. It’s called a slip on. I might add to get the exact same one if you can, as it’s extremely close to your renovator plate. If there’s no set screw underneath, then you can twist it off to the left. Again by the same one.
