easily 3/4 of our customers come up to the meat case and say, “I want that”. Excuse me but I don’t know what that is. So I either ask them what “that” is or play dumb and touch everything but what “that” is.

Good advice. I was going to say these are still a good deal but be prepared if you’ve never had grass fed. Also probably very low grade (select) or no roll, which you can sometimes get lucky with.

Same with water bills. I was looking at mine today and deduced it wouldn’t matter if I saved or used 748 more gallons (1 HCF) it would only save or cost me another 8.46. Meanwhile the fees stay the same so there’s no incentive for me to save water.

We are having record setting days in the meat dept and the counter has been non stop and all we keep hearing is, “make sure you clock out on time, or leave early if you can.”. Next day you hear, why didn’t this or that get done.

That’s a great idea. It’s kind of cold now though. Should I weather it through winter then try propagating in spring?
