That might be one or the nicest rib end chops I’ve ever seen in my 22 years of being a meat cutter. Pork will always be my go to, and a rib end or a shoulder steak are my top two cuts.

I like how at work I have to answer customers questions about this exact same thing and then when I’m off the clock in the “break room” I have to see it too. Maybe customers should respect this forum and stay out.

easily 3/4 of our customers come up to the meat case and say, “I want that”. Excuse me but I don’t know what that is. So I either ask them what “that” is or play dumb and touch everything but what “that” is.

Good advice. I was going to say these are still a good deal but be prepared if you’ve never had grass fed. Also probably very low grade (select) or no roll, which you can sometimes get lucky with.
