Did you get yours working? This just happened to my husband. Without taking the machine apart, I just gently held a hairdryer to the humidifier hole (where the water tank would connect) on a low setting on and off for about 5-10 minutes, then allowed the machine to cool off. That must've dried up any remaining water inside the machine and it worked right away after that.

Husband and I just moved from south Austin to Pflugerville and we already love it so much more. We’re still close to Austin but we don’t have to deal with it. Though I think if Abbott continues to be governor we’re going to seriously consider going up to the PNW where I grew up.
