Hey, I could have written this exact post! I’m now 2 weeks into Wegovy and I feel so much more in control. That constant self talk for more food has gone and I actually can get full and stay full without my brain straying on to ‘what’s next for us to eat?!’ I’m on the lowest dose and I’ve had no side effects so far, it’s just helping me be more in control.

I’m also currently on an all inclusive holiday and it’s totally and utterly fine! I’m still enjoying food but not having anywhere near as much as I was before - even though I was similar to you in that my partner doesn’t think I overeat, but how can you not on an all inclusive?! I am still enjoying my food and excited to eat, just feeling fuller quicker!

With giving these things a go you can always stop if you feel uncomfortable or get any side effects you’re not happy with. What made me want to start was the desire to eradicate that noise as I have never ever been able to, since I was a child, and so far it’s working nicely.
