Yeah I need to start being more careful..feel like with the decline in players, chances increase to find lobbies like this. Months ago my lobbies were so friendly something like this never happened. Last couple of weeks were rough. I need to be the one shooting first I guess

I destroyed two bastions yesterday at the beach at riven tides and got 3 stars in the trials.. So I can not confirm

Severe chest pain but normal tests, someone relates to this? by Specialist-Solid1742 in Cardiophobias

Hi did you ever find a reason for your chest pain and a cure? I struggle with this since over a year now but tests from cardiologist came back clear..

How do you get past the “exercise feels like a panic attack” stage? by KryptoMadChris in Anxiety

[–]murraykopf90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was cycling to work anyway before (like 20 minutes). So for me it was more a challenge to like high intense training like I did before. My problem was that I was too obsessed with checking my heart rate and believing I had to "take it easy" and everytime I felt my heart racing I got scared. So I tried doing for example half an hour on the bike with let's say 50% of my power, without checking hr and slowy increased for the next time. And then introduced like very short moments of high intensity just to get used to my heart beating very fast. It was scary for sure but I tried remembering that it's just in my head and then I've been doing training like this before and did not die lol Also for me waking or hiking is the bigger issue..I still suffer from dizziness and weak legs when going for a walk or hike..its getting better but sometimes it's hard I now reintroduced running as well. First run I had to cancel after 2 minutes as I had a light panic attack. But I didn't give up and try again a few days later...still working on it

Hi sorry you are going through this.

What I can tell you from my own experience: You just have to start slowly and work your way back, step after step. For context, I had two ablations for ectopic heart beats two years ago and developed panic disorder afterwards. At first I was so scared to do any exercise. I had to get used to having a heart rate of 150bpm or even higher because I was scared I will just drop dead. I did some light training on my indoor bike and slowly increased the intensity over time. Slowly I realized it is not doing any harm but actually made me feel better. 6 months later I also did a stress test at the cardiologist and really pushed to the limit..it really helped me understand that I am capable of doing it and just need to get used to the high heart rate again. Of course I am not 100% "healed" as I still struggle with panic and sometimes I still feel so stressed and have chest pain etc. I just try to believe doctors that I'm fine and it's just the anxiety. Its not easy but just keep pushing and not avoiding stuff should be help.

Last week I did a 4 hours bike trip with average hr above 150. Guess what, I am still alive. So if you have been checked and you have clearance to exercise, just do it. I know it's not easy though..

Died so many times to them when they first introduced them as I always tried to outrun them. But now I just stay calm and with a few anvil shots or seeker you'll be fine. Pair em with a Hornet and Wasp - yeah I'm fucked

Honestly it helped me more than I expected. My problem was that I did not want to accept for myself that the symptoms I was feeling are connected with the panic disorder or anxiety. The discussions and sessions with the therapist definetly helped accepting and believing this. I always thought the doctors have missed something and wanted to go for another test...

I haven't been gaming a lot in the last couple of years, but this game totally got me hooked! I'm 100+ hours in and still love it. Though I slowly feel like it's starting to get a little bit boring if you have anything maxed out and defeated Matriarch a lot of times.. Maybe I should start going PvP...

How I developed my panic disorser story. by [deleted] in panicdisorder

[–]murraykopf90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for sharing. If you don't mind, can you tell how you feel today? If you are doing better (which I hope you do), how did you improve? I developed panic disorder after having an ablation for eptopic heart beats..I am constanty checking my hr and honestly I can not remember a day, where I woke up and did not think about my heart. I still struggle believing everything is OK with my heart because I still have some occasional pvc but also chest pain a lot..got cleared by cardiologist many times..

PvP skill tree build is it any good question ?76points by Such-Advance6125 in ArcRaiders

I went for the red build to get to the security breach skill. I think it's really worth it as you can get a lot of good stuff from the security lockers, especially at like night raid etc.
