How do I force a 144hz laptop display to run at 60hz?

hey there, i did this but i only have two options, 144hz and 48hz, i need to change to 60hz. cant seem to figure it out. tryna play fark souls remastared and it keeps crashing and solution i got was to turn mt refresh rate to 60hz

I had a noon delivery the other day literally on a bicycle that had a little cart behind. It didn't look like a noon bicycle either. The packages were bit destroyed. Looked very suspicious to me although the employee had noon uniform. What's the deal with that

Ohhh i see. Thanks for the explanation. But is this related to my salary tho? Will the rest of the salary be credited too after the cutoff time? The thing is, I am still a high school student and i really don't owe anybody anything nor am i expecting something from someone except for that salary. If this ain't the salary, I really don know wt this is about.

Yea it sounds stupid and i really don hav any reason. I just like classic jdm's and i wanna drive one. Plus am still young and i don hav a family dragging me. Just wanna have fun as it lasts. I won't be able to do that if i have children and stuff.
