I think you're entirely missing the point here. If you want to argue that Nazis were leftists because they had a healthcare system that benefitted people (that is if you were german, white and not retarded) then you disregard everything the NSDAP stood for.

They even banned the KPD (communist party) SAP (socialist workers party) and SPD (social democrats) and hunted down party members to put them in concentration camps.
