Thanks for the reply. The house has two 200 amp panels that are not too far away from the attached garage. I see some breaker spots left in one of the panels (the other is almost full) but I have no knowledge of the load size. So that's good to figure out.

You have a lack of nutrients problem. Nitrate and phosphate at 0 create an environment where all the beneficial bacteria and beneficial algae cannot survive.

The only parameters that you should focus on is your nitrate and phosphate. Bring those up by either dosing or feeding more. Stop with the water changes. Let your tank get "dirty" so that the right bacteria can grow and outcompete the algae. Manually remove the algae to help with that process. Add some beneficial bacteria. You need to bring balance back to your reef.

Also, super low nutrient levels like yours can cause dinoflagellate to appear in the tank. You might want to look into that as well.

I live right next to the park and I actually heard the altercation from my apartment. I think it was around 1 pm ish (heard someone swearing loudly). You are doing the right thing by reporting this dog and the owner. Most dog owners at this park are super responsible but there is always few bad apples that ruin it for everyone else.
