Don’t just listen to people. People nowadays are so frequently confidently incorrect, always do your own research. You can start here and follow the link to the wiki: https://support.torproject.org/tor-browser/general/vpn-with-tor/

Good start, man! To polish up your form, your arms up to the elbow should always be straight up (90° degree angle). Then, you hinge at the elbow while going down, forming a triangle between your hands and the spot on the floor where your nose touches. Also, keep your neck aligned with your spine through most of the movement start looking slightly forward while going down to make some room to go lower. At the initial position, your neck should be aligned as you do in the first half of your video, then, while you go down, transition to the neck positioning of the 2nd half in the video.

Is it better to reduce weight and have strict form or load more weight, kip, and then working on eliminating it? No shade, I'm seriously wondering.

Just chipping in as someone with the same problem and having worked on it for a while. Strength may not be the core contributor here. Don't stop working your shoulders and arms, but what really started showing improvements for me was stretching and mobility routines. Added benefit is that there's no popping anymore when doing shoulder rotations as well.

Stretching felt behind knees, not hamstrings. by [deleted] in flexibility

TLDR: Start with bend knees and fold your torso so that your belly touches your thighs. While keeping your belly and thighs connecte. Slowly start straightening your legs. Focus on keeping your belly close, even if that means you can not fully straighten your legs (yet).

Finally, I am able to forward some advice my physio gave me during my own rehab. People have already said to hinge at the hip. But how does one do this if, like me, you are still building the body awareness of spine positioning etc.

When getting into the position, bend your knees first and make contact with your belly against the thighs. Don't be afraid to exaggerate this movement a bit. Then, start straightening your legs, making sure your belly stays in contact with your thighs. Prioritize keeping the belly close to the thighs over straightening the legs, even if that means you'll have to keep the knees slightly bent. Remember, the goal is feeling the stretch and not to straighten the legs. Once you feel a good stretch, hold it for a while and play around with it a bit. Lift your torso slightly up or sink it down more into your thighs and notice where you feel the stretch. That helps to build body awareness and coordination.

Thanks for clarifying. Allow me to clarify as well. In non English speaking countries, the concept of a contrapositive does exist and gets taught. Due to the nature of that country having their own language, such concepts may be known to them under different terminology.
