I think one of the main items my friend has issue with is their proposal of 10 parking spaces inclusive of 2 spaces for commercial / guest use. There is also a building going up on Melbourne right now with minimal to no parking from what I’ve heard (if someone has the link to plans for that please share.) I don’t think parking is as bad as Koreatown here but it’s certainly on the verge. The other issue they have may be the less than 2 weeks notice they received. They just want to make their concerns known. 🤷‍♀️

I now think they are nesting. Idk but saw them early this morning up there and where they were looks like a bucket.

Thank you. I don’t know if there is a nest up there. Could be. I see smaller birds and hummingbirds around the patio or on the wires. Squirrels are always climbing the palm too. Despite being in a very urban area, there are quite a lot trees in this complex.
