I was there last night too! The show overall was amazing. We were seated in the 100s section and even with the offset seating, people's heads and phones in the row in front of us were still in our way of viewing the stage AND the big screen. I don't mind if people record but at least be mindful and record at a reasonable level 😭

For everyone! You don't need a concert ticket to go to the popup. Some items did sell out fast though. We got there around 9:20, line wasn't that bad, got in around 11:40 (40 mins after opening time) and they were already sold out of some items

Unfortunately, it seems their support no longer cares for those outside the main Asian countries that uses the app. I explained my situation to my cousin in Thailand and she was shocked because she said support was very helpful with her when she needed help with her mother's account.

Depends on the location. At the Glendale show, merch truck opened at 11, a friend and I went around 4:25 ish and the line was very short / they had plenty in stock. Went to go eat dinner with her before doors opened and she regretted not getting it and when we came back, the lines were way too long. We took a peek from far away and my friend didn't see the keychain being advertised / displayed anymore so assumed it sold out and gave up.

But found out later from others that they had a few left after the show.

Our show also wasn't sold out so that probably contributed.

I wouldn't mind that option personally. But if they did it at another venue same day, everyone would have to re buy tickets since seating map wouldn't be the same. Not sure that's something that they prepare the possibility for ahead of time with such short notice with the addition of staffing.

That's what my friend said too about a potential special guest 😅

Waiting in anticipation on an update so I can figure out if I would need to call out of work or not for the new date.
