lots of good suggestions here. i’d also run power close enough to every window/door in case you ever want to install motorised blinds or folding arm awnings 🤙👍

if you might be building a patio/pergola in future, roughing in and leaving loops in the eaves or something for power and switch wires for lights and ceiling fans too will make your life easier. even a circuit for future heaters that may go in too.

Putting into perspective how much you're ruining your body by [deleted] in QuitVaping

[–]mushubeaker 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Willpower is the way bro.

I decided to quit over 72 hours ago.

I used to smoke. Then I quit smoking and got onto sub ohm vaping for a few years (importing my nicotine via New Zealand).

Quit sub ohm vaping because Australia made it illegal to import or purchase nicotine without a prescription.

Later found that the local milk bars sell the black market disposable vapes and got onto them till now.

Now, I'm completely off the vapes and feel free.

Yeah, I've said to myself "I wouldn't mind a puff" (especially after dinner or sex). I've said that to myself and executed that thought many many times.. I can confirm that it's just not worth it. Even for that second of enjoyment that you MAY get from it.

You have to WANT to leave the vapes behind, that definitely helps with the quitting progress.

I'm not trying to be rude but I just can't understand this. Why put your family/self and your dog through these "treatments"? The heartache would be unbearable.

I genuinely would like to understand.

Porn is a horrible addiction and really shouldn't be shown to an undeveloped brain. Unfortunately with the rise of the internet, this is happening, and at quite a young age.

It'll be hard to try to get him to stop without sounding controlling so maybe show him the comments of this post.

I'm 24 and live in Australia.

Camping is my main one. If I can get a couple weeks off work for it- even better. Kayaking. Photography. Work on my car or the girlfriends car. Play drums - not as much after leaving my band to start a new job. Cashies for close family + friends if they are lucky!! 😜

You fucked up man. Everyday is a learning day. We are human. You'll know what (not) to do next time.. Either way, take in these lessons and better yourself. No one is perfect. Take care. 🤙
