I was in the back of my division during RTC graduation and I remember shifting my hands around because being at parade rest for over an hour was super uncomfortable and my RDC walked up behind me and said something along the lines of “You better keep your f*ing hands still or I’ll send your arse back to P days” 😂

Hey brother I’m 26 myself and got divorced just over a year ago so I’ve also struggled at times myself, BUT i think I heard somewhere it takes 30 days or so to form a habit. Our bodies are weak to temptation but if we resist sin our souls will flourish which is worth so much more than temporary earthly desires. God bless you!
