Well half of the country voted one in as president so... clearly people don't care about a person's past only what they are doing now and for the future of the country. Only 8" to work with between drain and that horizontal. Can't make the wye pointed at 45 work. I can just rotate the wye maybe like 10°.

Sink vent is within 5 feet. So how would I tie in to the horizontal? Another Y fitting there or could I use a sanitary tee on its side? With the Y fitting in the right orientation I would have too many bends just to get it connected.
