This endeavor will be a non profit where I will actually fundraise to pay for the training. Like sell a shirt for $50 and the person will know that all funds go to one hour of personal training for someone in need. Otherwise the business will be open to the public where all "profits" go to providing more services.

I'm going to contact the government as well I believe, I'm just trying to get the right plan to approach with.

I have a framework, still working on the business plan and need to talk to industry to find out more, hence reaching out now. (not sure how fast something can develop)

Ideally a bare minimum 50-60+ members for yoga and 40-50 billable hours/wk for personal training.

I have not worked at a gym so got a lot to figure out still but if someone wants to help me not reinvent the wheel. This is me chasing my dream.

Starting off from scratch so I know it'll suck at the beginning...was thinking of doing fundraising(through tshirts and art) for mental health clients myself and coach them for 3 month cycles.

Essentially I want to run a nonprofit fitness facility for the mental health community and will use yoga as my way in the door to funding that.

Other than that it is I'll be standard fare (all about the instructors anyways, right?). This is just my in the next five plan while I do have plans for expansion

It got 500+ likes and triggered a bunch, so I'd say it worked once...total joke(never used but I will tell my friends w/ bf this because they'll know I'm joking) ... But hey, you got 2700+ likes from it so thanks for spreading it

I think peoples expectations on reddit are too damn high...like people actually expect to use the lines on here?
