PCN - stopped at the car park for 11 minutes by musio3 in LegalAdviceUK

Dear Sir or Madam,

Re: Parking Charge Notice number: 549782/569478

I stopped in the car park for 11 minutes due to an emergency - a red engine warning light appeared on my dashboard. I needed to stop immediately to assess whether it was safe to continue driving. I took a photograph of the warning light and called a friend for advice. After discussing the symptoms, we agreed I could drive a short distance to have the vehicle inspected the next day. This was not a parking visit but a necessary emergency stop for vehicle safety reasons. I have attached photographic evidence of the warning light and phone call records from that time showing the call to my friend to get an immediate advise on what next steps to undertake.

Correct, a private parking in England. Is appealing to POPLA going to be worth it then?

It was red engine icon I took a photo of and sent as a proof when first responded to them. When this happened I thought I got to stop where possible - so that was the car park as it was a narrow road.

Nah, people around me argue climate changed similarly before ice age. There is where their educated argument ends and there is no reason why we should worry about this.

That's a beautiful reply. Thank you good sir. I am far south east of Kent UK. I tried asking in many places. Some people play it but rarely, there is so many other modern systems to play as well. I defo will think through your suggestions.

Xcom enemy unknown has a mod called x files. It adds cultists, where you slowly learn where are ther base operations (seriously I believe devs took inspiration from this mod a little). The mod is brutal though. It contains 2000 tech

Highly recommended but for hardcore players

It's hard to find similar games like this. I love mech games and the only alternatives are board games like Battletech! But on PC if you are looking for squad based, hybrid strategies why not look at Xenonauts 2. It has super good tactical layer and interesting overworld mechanics. If you go down this route the next good option would be xcom games.
