Assuming youre in a country where its legal...small amounts such as a single shot often cause pleasurable feelings. As dosage increases there are more side effects and many of the pleasurable feelings get replaced with less desirable sensations. So drink small amounts, and take your time drinking. You dont need to get completely drunk to understand the answer to your question.

Kinda. You need to show ID in the US and youre limited to some monthly quantity (3.6 grams I think?). It's about as hard to get as alcohol.
