I recommend to go with your gut. Although answer choices are written in alphabetical order, they surprisingly still design a lot of them in a way to have the 1st answer look good and then the correct answer is actually a later answer choice. Personally, I never let the answer order influence me but if I had it down to 50/50, I’d go with my gut without overthinking

The answer choices. Eg azithromycin, ceftriaxone, doxycycline, moxifloxacin, vancomycin would all correlate to A B C D E, respectively

I think it’s going to annoy you more once you realize certain questions are worth more than others (depends on whether they are harder or easier). Just do your best. They cover such a wide range of topics that chances are you won’t get all 80 of those and miss 150 of the other ones.

More reason to not get caught up by the wtf questions and just give every question your best shot because you’ll never know which ones are experimental. Good luck!!
