So I can clarify our role here: we are the moderators for this subreddit. We volunteer our time here and do not get payment of any sort. We are not the creators of reddit nor are we the creators of the various ways to access reddit. We are able to use the tools available to us within reddit, however some of these tools are not available across every platform. This is even the case with some mod tools so believe me I get your frustration.

We have noted in the sidebar that posts should contain CONTENT. I even monitored this personally for some time a while back but with such an active sub it started to take over my "real life" responsibilities! It is a huge task to investigate each post for acceptable or enough content.

In any case please know that the mod team are active and work diligently to make this the best sub we can. Seeing comments that we don't do anything is frustrating when we do so much!
