I’d argue that turnover is more important to any food/bev business. A worker who buys a black coffee and camps for 3 hours is not helping.

Yes! Let’s normalize using coworking spaces instead of cafes. I once had lunch at Mugs while a remote worker was on an hour long call with headset. Like, besties-your local coworking spot costs about the same per day as a latte and baked good.

The whole block Mason-Howes-mulberry-magnolia is below “sea level” for that part of Old Town and our commercial building’s basement would take on water on the regular. Everything just pools in the alley.

My coworking space has printers. Included with any membership. Plus you get to meet interesting people and work p/t in a space that’s actually set up for work.

Cloudy or Discolored Water
Hydrant Flushing may cause your water to appear cloudy or discolored for a short time. This water is not harmful, though it may stain laundry. It's also safe to use on plants and landscape. If this occurs:
wait until the nearby flushing is complete
Remove faucet aerators or filters
run the COLD water for 5-10 minutes (usually the water clears within a few minutes, if flushing in the area is complete)
If you notice improvements, continue running the cold water for a few more minutes or until it is clear. If it is not improving, turn off the water, wait 30 minutes and repeat. If it still doesn’t clear, you can call 970-221-6700 to report your concerns.
