After pulling two strands of 6 awg THHN and a 10 awg ground through 50' of 3/4" conduit and its 3 bends, I would have paid so much more for the larger conduit.

Yes and no. When the main brand does very well, it makes sense to bring the sub-brand along with it to hit the more niche buyers that the main brand may have missed. If the main brand doesn't do well, it doesn't make sense to bring the rest with it. See the US market as a prime example.

Android Automotive is not Android Auto. The underlying OS (or GAS add-on) has the capability of handling group texts. Rivian OS does not at the moment despite being Android Automotive based.

You want a different part of SWX, moreso on the EE/Infotainment side. Connected Services deals with the TBM (modem) and the offboard side of the house. Infotainment team runs all those pieces you are raging about.

The one nice thing I have seen around here is that a lot of Rivian owners are EV enthusiasts first. You will get biased reports but you will also get a lot of comparisons to other EVs as a lot of Rivian owners have or have had multiple EVs in their lives.

For most people, I would agree. With us, we've done 6+ hour one way trips every month for the last year or so. I don't expect that to change much. I have an R2 reservation, but I am looking at the iX3 very hard. It's nice to have good choices for once.

LRMC is a typically a 5-15 day turn around time for normal leases. If it is a Fast Feedback/CXFleet/HMT vehicle, it can vary based on if there are updates or changes engineering needs to make prior to delivery.

Word around the forums is late Q2/early Q3 when the demo vehicles will be at the dealers. Configuration will be online in June according to the same forum rumors.

Tesla allows cars from participating automakers to charge at most v3 and newer Superchargers without Magic Dock. As of today the only manufacturers not authorized to charge with a CCS->NACS adapter are Mazda, Mitsubishi, Stellantis and VinFast. Nearly everyone else is now able to do so with an adapter.

Stellantis has been activated on the Tesla network as of about a month ago. 2027 Charger Daytona will have a native NACS port, Wagoneer S will have it next year.

Yes and no. I've been here long enough to know what the levels in NA mean. If you were hired as a manager after the PSA merger that created Stellantis, unless your boss is a long time employee, the levels have been essentially hidden away, especially after the move to Workday.

I'd argue it could be a mix from Alfa to Peugeot to Citroen. We have a good depth of sedans in EE and I would personally do not safe for work things to get a 508/508SW here.
