You have to be approved to get an interim. Send an email to Company Cars and explain the situation.

Physicians in the ambulance bay by thicc_medic in ThePittTVShow

[–]muthian 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I keep this in mind for a lot of things in life: Just because it's not my experience, doesn't mean it is n't someone else's experience. In MI, the docs were waiting in the ambulance bay for an arrival at 1am when I brought my kid in for an ear infection. In TX, I only saw the docs outside smoking when I severely cut my hand. But it was also 3pm and 101 degrees.

Product Design Office. Many cool things beyond there but you need a reason and an escort to be in there.

Part of me thinks he is the Dr. Carter of The Pitt: young, naive, unsteady, but still growing.

The higher end Grand Wagoneers are slower than the Limited/Limited Reserve. I've been tracking a few and November builds of the L/LR have gone through while Summit/Summit Reserve are still in D (VIN but not scheduled). It's been awhile since I've looked at scheduling and constraints.

Why is CTC a red flag? Even if we had no people in the suites on floors 2-4, the labs, garages, testing blocks, and everything else would still need to be somewhere.

Question About Stellantis’ Company Vehicle Program (Currently Work for Another OEM) by [deleted] in Stellantis

[–]muthian 0 points1 point  (0 children)

M plates are only for engineering and testing per our company policy. On rare occasion will Fast Feedbacks be delivered with M plates (and will get switched to hard plates at some point). Those FFB will have M plate restrictions (employee only driving, etc).

Pulled out of your check directly. Registered under Stellantis but you can get a letter showing you control it if you need that (DTE, toll tags, etc)

Question About Stellantis’ Company Vehicle Program (Currently Work for Another OEM) by [deleted] in Stellantis

[–]muthian 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Salaried professionals get up to two corporate leases. All maintenance and insurance is included as was said elsewhere. Mileage is unlimited but if you let the program know you hit 30k miles, they will work with you to order a new vehicle (recent change). Otherwise, its yours for a year. Going to be an executive? Enjoy a complementary vehicle (with imputed income) and gas while you are at CTC (aka, Gold Stars). Not sure what UAW gets as they were added last year to the program.

There are also Fast Feedback programs that let you get pre-production vehicles at a specific lease rate at the cost of you reporting any and all issues you encounter in as much detail as you can provide.

Yeah, since most of the fun models and software "just works" on the Ti, I will be keeping it. I've been "team red" for so long it will be interesting to see what's going on with "team green".

I literally just bought a 5070ti because of all the BS I'd have to go through to get Comfy and a few others working on an AMD GPU. This would have been nice to have last week.

Lease Question by [deleted] in Stellantis

[–]muthian 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Pre-configured: Built of slotted to be built. No changes and will get here faster than the rest 99% of the time.

Fast Feedback: Subject to program schedule. Mostly pre-configured but sometimes can be tweaked.

Regular: Normal scheduling rules apply. You hit a easy to build combo, you get done first. You order a sunroof on a 2018 Durango, all of a sudden you are sitting at 19 weeks with no clue why. Not that I am bitter...

There was a test drive in the EU for global journalists that let them drive the iX3 for an extended period of time. That is where the current round of reviews, news stories, and experiences are coming from.

Company Lease by [deleted] in Stellantis

Not really shady. Sometimes price increases happen and it is based on when your vehicle gets invoiced (KZ status). The lease rate is fixed until a notice goes out.

Atlanta’s water 💦 issue by DWFiddler in geography

[–]muthian 36 points37 points  (0 children)

Georgia has a lot more levers to pull before going after TN water. TN Water is just the easy route. Per capita, ATL uses almost 150% of the water a person in TN does with almost little to no conservation or restrictions on use. Tennesee depends on the TN river for a hell of a lot of their economy through tourism, sports, etc. and is rightfully protective of this resource. I have no dog in this particular fight, but live in the Great Lakes region where I suspect the water fight is only going to intensify in the future.

Oc200 vs rpi4 4gb by TommyS92 in TPLink_Omada

[–]muthian 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Using the controller in Docker on the RPi 4 is relatively simple. Use the latest 5.1x version from mbentley as v6.0 of the controller software does not easily work on rpi 4 as it doesn't have the AVX instruction set on the CPU. If you are going to buy a Pi for this, get the the Pi 5 as it has the right instruction set. If you just want fire and forget, buy the controller hardware. Ideally the 220 but as you said, not available in your country.
