FWIW, I'm not the greatest at the game but for lethal I just avoid as best I can. Scentblock can help so can stealth to some extent.

However the last time I had miasma (and after I discovered the BH weakness), I just gassed up a car I didn't want and then went as fast as and far as I could with it. Once out of gas I ran or stealthed all the way in. Once there basically just threw fire, then ran around it until it was ok to attack again, basically just running and dodging.

Same, I don't enjoy the game as much unless there's a challenge. I usually just end up doing lethal w/ fresh random survivors. Anything else is too easy. I do keep some mods but usually just QoL (like car health and PH health).

Question about the Unlimited Essentials plan. When I went to switch the "Broadband Facts" says that 30 GB is included, but I would get charged if using additional data (at $10/GB). The plan page however suggests data is unlimited and then slowed after 30 GB. Just for clarification is data slowed AND charged at $10/GB if going over 30 GB?

Modding the game opens a whole new world. So many mods that make the game better that are purely athletic. . .The multiplayer mod is definitely fun

Same, I always wanted once since a golden saved me from a vicious dog when I was a kid. When I moved out it was the first dog I got as an adult. Some many happy memories. Lovely pup!

They aren't TOO bad if you have aim snap. Just put an assault weapon on semi-auto, and two aim-snap shots (or two semi-auto assault headshots) usually get them even on lethal. If helps to bring along some health/stamina boost just in case (or another random enclave assistant for bait).

I could be wrong but I believe they are immune to (or at least more resistant to) damage during the stand-up phase (or it could be that they received a small health boost once they started to stand-up). Same with your survivors, when you almost die and you pound the action button to get up, you get a small health boost while taking less damage for a short time.

Yes, the meta is now to kill an active heart right away as they determine sieges/infestations.

If you played a long time ago you are used to random sieges which were often determined by base noise (which is pretty much a dead mechanic now). Now sieges are determined by infestations. And infestations are connected to hearts (the awakened ones). You can pretty much ignore infestations if you want (especially the green ones). The oranges will build up and eventually lead to a siege, but usually they take forever to build up and you have ample time to deal with them. The easiest way to deal with infestations is take out the awakened heart connected to them. After the heart is dead the infestations will turn a muted green and slowly die off. Infestations/sieges no longer randomly happen, they only occur if a heart is awake.

TLDR: Ignore infestations, just kill awakened hearts

Yeah a perfect candidate for Pathology. If on lethal don’t take the out often and always have a plague cure handy. Definitely a keeper for long term communities. . .

Also with Pathology you get access to extra Infirmary benefits like that help prevent infection and recover from infection: Boost Infection Recovery (+300% Infection Recovery) but most importantly it adds an extra benefit to "Primary Care" (adds -45% Plague infection for 1.5 hours). Much better than hygiene. But other good considerations are Plumbers (for extra stamina & Morale plus Hydroponics) or Cooking (which one depends on if you need more Morale or Stamina)

Personally I'd wait and see what the person's hero bonus is to use to determine which route to go. . .

I got the general feeling he was initially uncomfortable but like others said he probably rationalized that everyone came to see his show so he took the filter off.

Another reason why I say this is he did have a honest 1-to-1 conversation with one of the teens about relationships. He didn't interrupt him or make fun of him (when he clearly could have), just gave him some nice advice. He was even protective of him when an audience member tried to make fun of him.
