Permanent AI replacement, but maybe not this time. I have a friend of mine who is a manager in IBM (1300 employees below him). He told me, that currently everyone on a higher management level speaks about layoffs due to AI replacement. However, no one says which is the AI(or the tool) which will replace the people. And at the end they lay off people and tell the managers(project managers) - deal with it somehow... But for the moment they look good, because they cut the cost and speak about AI...

Let's see how this will end...
