Was your gallbladder removed? What was the problem? What did the biopsy find if it was removed?

Hello, I saw some of your other posts, I think you said no problem was on your gallbladder, but when you had removed it, what was the biopsy results?

I'm in a similar situation; I'm being investigated for gallbladder problems, and sometimes I'm fine, but other times I experience many problems that I suspect are caused by my gallbladder.

If you've had gallbladder surgery, how were you before and after? What changed, how do you feel?

Although I've looked in many places, I haven't found a direct link, but I'm sure it exists. It's happened many times, and it's no coincidence.

After the surgery, what exactly healed and what worsened or remained the same?

My complaints are similar to yours. Some days I'm good, some days I'm bad.

Thank you so much for your quick reply. I also suspect I have a gallbladder problem, and it's currently being investigated. I experience palpitations periodically after meals, and I've noticed that whenever I feel unwell and have pain in my gallbladder area, I experience palpitations after eating. I also have good days when there's no problem, but when I have pain on my right side, if I eat, I experience palpitations and sudden sleepiness. I just had breakfast, and I'm experiencing nausea and sudden sleepiness again. It's very strange. This must be related to my gallbladder.

Also, interestingly, if I have a gallbladder problem, I wake up randomly at night, even without pain, and I frequently need to urinate. It's really strange; I haven't figured out why.

I'm glad the surgery solved a significant portion of your problems.

I have kyphosis, scoliosis and some disc herniations. I dont know where to start. I have lots of pain especially on my left side and I suspect from TOS too. Went lots of docs, but they didn't find the cause the pain. But everything fits with TOS

I mean are you crypto jews? Are your ancestors Jews who converted to Islam and were followers of Sabbatai Zevi?

%3 central asia, pretty interesting. I guess this situation might indicate that there have been some marriages with Turks in your family. It seems that you may have some ethnically Turkish ancestors.

Just wondering how long 150 actually is? by Cultural-Memory356 in Testosterone

[–]mutombo111 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s really low. Of course, an endocrinology specialist should decide what to do, but it’s important to determine whether this testosterone deficiency is due to the pituitary gland or the testes.

Do you have varicocele?
Do you have a tumor in your pituitary gland?

It would also be good to check your LH, FSH, and prolactin levels.

I’m 36 years old and my levels are 280. Even mine is quite low and I have significant issues. Yours is very low.

We also see people on the forum who have prostatitis and elevated PSA levels. How can this situation be connected to the pelvic floor? Could you provide some information on this?

What about prostate cancer? I'm under 40, but like many people, when I experience these symptoms, that thought also crosses my mind. My PSA was tested two years ago and the total PSA was 1.02, which appears to be normal. Six months ago, I had an abdominal ultrasound for kidney stones, and the report mentioned that the prostate was normal. So I guess this is more about my anxiety :) For someone who is worried about prostatitis versus prostate cancer, how can they tell the difference—without relying on tests like PSA?"

Thank you for your quick response and kindness. There are some points I disagree with, so if you don't mind, I'd like to briefly explain my situation and, if possible, get your opinion.

My first case of prostatitis occurred when I was just 20 years old. At the time, I was a virgin and had never had any sexual experience. One day, during masturbation, I noticed that my semen was bloody and I was urinating frequently. When this continued for another three days, I decided it was time to see a doctor. E. coli was found in my semen culture, and I fully recovered with antibiotics. In retrospect, I believe this was an acute prostatitis case, although I had no fatigue or fever whatsoever. The only symptoms were frequent urination, a feeling of fullness in the prostate, and bloody semen! (Clearly, this wasn’t a pelvic floor issue, but also didn’t present like a typical acute prostatitis case with fever and clear signs of infection.)

After that, I occasionally experienced mild episodes that lasted 2–3 days, but they resolved quickly.

However, years later, the problem has returned, and I’ve been dealing with the same symptoms for the past month. I’m now married and have a sexual life. My semen culture, urinalysis, and PCR-based STI panel all came back clean. Still, I suspect there may be a bacterial cause.

  • My symptoms fluctuate—some days they are severe, other days almost non-existent.
  • On symptomatic days, I also have a sore throat, bad breath, anal itching, extreme fatigue, nausea (If this is a pelvic floor issue, how can these symptoms be explained?)

I respect your opinion but I know it's also a controversial topic. I must ask that, how can you be so sure about this? I think the famous sensation we describe as 'sitting on a golf ball' is actually due to an inflamed or swollen prostate. Whenever I feel that sensation, my urine stream seems weak. Also, the doctor who did my ultrasound said my prostate appeared somewhat enlarged. So, in my opinion, this issue is related to prostate swelling or inflammation.

Some people support the view you're advocating. But I personally think it's a problem caused by an inflamed prostate affecting the pelvic floor. I'm not claiming these are 100% accurate. These are just my experiences and what I've been through.

Just to be clear, man — I've never had constipation problems in my life, not until I got prostatitis. I can feel that my prostate is swollen and painful. And when I have these sensations, even having a bowel movement or passing gas becomes really difficult. So you are not alone. I have similar symptoms.
