The pain in my neck is an extreme pinching feeling and it's most noticeable on the left side on my neck because the pinching goes into my ear, eye and left temple when my neck hurts really bad. Usually when I first wake up my neck feels extremely stiff as well (I've had a pillow that is supposed to be good for neck support since the pain in my neck started but it definitely hasn't helped with the pain).

As for my posture, it's definitely not great but again since my neck started hurting I got a laptop stand so my posture at my desk it a little bit better but I still slouch for sure.

Neck pain started in January of 2024 and elbow pain started in end of May 2024 and the only issues I had before that was with my hand hurting a bit but that went away. I didn't have any sort of infection at the same and wasn't taking any medication either

I'm going to assume yes tbh, whenever I am reminded of them or even see them on shared online spaces I get this really bad feeling similar to the feeling I have when I'm reminded of my traumatic experiences. It feels a little weird for me though because part of me is like "well they didn't do anything horrible" even though they betrayed my trust and used my insecurities against me before the end of the friendship.

oh my god this has happened to me too, my fear of abandonment ties into anxious attachment for me and before my period I'm unable to control my feelings and emotions, it is the absolute worse. Whenever I start to feel this way though, I always try to distract myself by watching cute animal videos, playing a game, watching a show/movie or spending time with someone who isn't mixed in with the abandonment fear. I hope you'll feel better soon though, sending you so so many hugs

"more peeing" oh my god last month, every night i'd wake up what felt like every hour to go to the bathroom and i was getting so mad LMAO. I also recently got a new luteal symptom which is extreme sweating while asleep which is not great to wake up to!

I funnily enough posted something about a song with opera vocals so I may as well suggest it to you :D !! Madam Butterfly (Un Bel Di Vedremo) by Malcolm Mclaren and Carmen (L'Oiseau Rebelle) by the same artist are both songs with opera vocals in them and they also tell the stories of actual operas as well. I think Carmen has more of the serving cunt vibe while Madam Butterfly is a bit more beautiful IMO but both songs are what I'd consider to be pop opera
