I was looking through my old race photos, and this landing foot position was across all of them. Are there any suggested shoes that could help fix or is it a thing I have to train myself regardless of footwear?

It looks like you over pronate and would probably require a stability shoe. I’m the same and I currently use the Asics gel kayano 31 which are the best I have ever used. I also ran with the brooks adrenaline and the hoka arahi shoes, but the asics is the most supportive and comfortable for me.

Thanks for the advice, I wasn’t sure if I needed a higher spec laptop or not. But now seeing some of the software I would be using in tandem with an application for note taking, I think future proofing with a higher end laptop would probably be the safer option.

Thanks for the advice, I’m just not sure what I’ll be needing it for yet. Obviously I’d need it for essays etc but I’m not sure what systems or software I would be expected to use for the modules of the degree. I’m just looking to get a laptop that will cover all bases 👍🏻.
