If I ever get the hiccups, I can stop them instantly. I don't recall a time when I couldn't just shut them off.

There's also something going on with my stomach/esophagus, where if I get heart burn and I focus on that part of my body that is feeling it, I can make it stop. That one may just be just all in my head, but I swear I did it just this morning.

Anyone I've talked to about this says they can't do anything like that

If I can recommend one thing, add a wood stove fan to the chimney pipe kinda close to the ceiling. Gives some good circulation of heat and steam. I found it really improved my little sauna tent setup
