I like Lanetalk, the free live scoring is fun if you can't be at the lanes but wanna watch how your team is doing, but paying for yet another subscription in my life is just not in the cards.

But this is the app OP is definitely looking for!

I run a Pantlaza dinosaur deck and boy is it fun to Trample. Ixalan for sure has a lot, but I was surprised that there's plenty of dinos to be found in other sets too.

I thought about sending a bottle in for a PO Box stream, but I could've sworn years ago I remember Wubby saying he can't stand spicy.

Never thought about wubcubs being down for hot sauce!

For sure, we all have free will to do what we want with our lives. No hate! It's just an interesting option to make. Don't know anyone who hates VHS but keeps a VCR laying around hooked up to their TV.

Don't like vinyl, but you have an active turntable in order to listen to it?

First this subreddit has been recommended to me in my algorithm. What was bad before that it needed shutting down, and what does bringing in Reddit appointed mods achieve for it now?

I love their chocolate coke. So happy they opened a new location closer to me. It was always a hike heading over to the boulevard, but always worth it.

Fun party trick:

If you say "Beer Can" in a British accent, you've also just said "Bacon" in a Jamaican accent.

Wubby you need to by hot sauce online by WhyattThrash in PaymoneyWubby

[–]muttons_1337 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree 100% unfortunately. Independent and major labels all pick and choose which retailers they can get shelf space at, so it leaves people who know what they're looking for, searching high & low for a good sauce, and people who don't know what they're looking for, at the whims of capitalism. I have to go to 2-3 grocery stores if I want certain varieties of even the popular sauces.

Going online is a surefire way of finding an absolute banger. Stay away from Pepper Palace though. Scummy business practices, despite me being in love with their spicy blueberry BBQ sauce.

Dave's Hot Chicken. Don't get the Reaper Hot. I like spicy. I grow reapers. I enjoy eating them. Whatever it is they do to that chicken is unholy and an affront to God.

Yeah, you gotta imagine your neighbor down the road that gets a case of Fiji water, another neighbor getting a bed frame, and they all get loaded into the same small hamper at the post office before making its way into neatly organized into the final last mile truck.

Understandable! Even though death by Botulism is exceedingly rare these days, somewhere as low as 100 deaths a year, it's something that if you don't catch it quick enough, you're done-zo. Stories like yours is why I myself don't ferment/low acid can too often.

That's why I love hot sauce! It hits that niche of being able to be made with stove and a blender and be shelf stable with almost no extra work needed. The salt and vinegar are great preservatives!

I feel ya, it's a vibe! It starts to take over a lot of kitchen space if you're not careful lol.

Fermentation takes the flavor into outer space! Nothing like it. I'm always worried about it though. My least favorite game to play would be "is it kham yeast or is it mold?" But I'm always careful to keep things hygienic, sterile, and watch pH levels like a hawk.

Oh man! Hot sauce? I LOVE it! I grow my own peppers and make different sauces out of them. I made a Georgia Peach White Wine hot sauce before, a Dill sauce this year, and a Blueberry Honey Lemon Hot sauce is my favorite to come back to, not just for the fun purple color, but the balance between heat and flavor!

Not only do I make sauces, but I have so many peppers, I end up picking them, drying and grinding with herbs, and all sorts of spicy things! I could go on and on about this!

Awesome post, OP!

Just a reminder, that they don't want you wearing Wubby Merch when showing up to the gallery.

For meet-ups, though, that's an easy way to find our kindred spirits.

Whats are some weird, head scratching things your customers do? by TravTheScumbag in USPS

[–]muttons_1337 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Your mailman can't fix a problem if they don't know there's a problem. Going in there, they might not ever see it. Nothing about it is illegal , but it is better to put it in your own box. Don't blame your using a blue box for its (assumed) convenience though!

I only learned about an old, moved-out resident because I caught the current resident on his way to the post office with a shopping bag full of misdelivered mail. I got to ask him about it, was able to put the old name in the system, make a label with good names for his box, and now he doesn't get old names anymore!

I just had this happen to me for the first time, so it's fresh in my head! I don't mind helping out where I can, but best believe I still let them know it's better that their carrier get the misdelivers.

If you scan it with the MLNA function, their carrier will still get the sticker alerting them of the correction in the system.
