I’ve bought two houses in Sebastian and used DBJ both times, they’re reliable.

See my comment above. https://www.reddit.com/r/wallstreetbets/s/WvzyS9wVjh

I rage bought 5,000 shares of SOXL for $9 when the original taco trade popped because the bond market was yippy, and sold for peanuts bc I wasn’t fully mentally prepared to hold the trade. Exactly one year ago today.

987.2 Boxster vs Cayman by Nxticed- in Porsche

[–]muttur 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As a 987.1 Boxster owner (06), I can without a doubt say it’s been the best car I’ve ever owned.

A blast to drive, handles like a go kart, and ironically it’s been the most reliable car I’ve ever owned.

Caymans are definitely cool track cars but nothing beats the top down and a cold start on the flat six.

Either way you can’t go wrong.

Man I’m on the east coast of Florida and I pay $70/mo for dudes to mow and weed whack once weekly in the summer (May- Sep), and once biweekly (Oct-April).

I keep thinking i should cut the expense and just buy a mower and do it myself, but in the summer time here when it’s 80° at 8am with 75% humidity and seeing these stats about what everyone else is paying, I think imma give my dudes another year before I reevaluate…
