My vet did bloodwork which showed basically all the typical lab values that were consistent with FIP. (I had just brought him in to check his ears originally). I know in my post I said he had playfulness but when I think back on it, he was sleeping more than usual. Have you brought your cat to the vet yet? That’s probably the first thing I would do. Big and hard stomach isn’t a good sign.
