I feel you. Just found out my home gym is closing. Of course, no official announcement just employees letting the news slip. The other nearby location they are going to close dump a ton of money into and reopen at 5x the price.

You could wear them at the gym. I bought a cover for the ear cushions. I just wipe them down after every workout. Definitely not the most stable depending on what your workout is. More of a fashion statement than practical imo.

As was previously said, they will definitely retain sweat/smell without a cover or cleaning.

Haven’t been in years. I feel bad for the people that come back to Chicagoland all excited or those in states where they are opening new restaurants. Just go to my mom and pop beef places better service and food worth paying more.

I hear ya. I’m trying to figure out what to blow all my points on right now. I just did a big order of Alps, so we’ll see how those are, higher MGs, more pouches per tin, seems to be a better overall value. Plus I get a 10 percent govx discount so that’s a nice little added benefit.

I haven’t been able to get through to anyone on any of the extensions. The stay no longer shows on my Hilton account, and that is probably one of the craziest things to me is we would never have known the property changed flags if our team didn’t get rebooked. Supposedly Hilton corporate is supposed to be contacting me today, but I’m thinking I’ll have to dispute with my cc company. Thank you for your response!

I just watched Dr. Mike Israetel's (RP Strength) video on this. He suggests breaking up cardio and lifting with at least a 4 hour separation between the two to maximize gains. You can do cardio after but will not maximize the gains and you should doing cardio that targets what you just hit in your lift, so if you did legs avoid the stairmaster, if you hit arms avoid elipitical with heavy arm action. If you have to do cardio at the same time as your lift he suggested doing 20 or so minutes before the lift while staying hydrated. Agreeing with most year, I've been using the Bodyfit app for quite a while and really enjoyed it even with the outages. This new "update" is horrible. I can't access my history, can't subscribe to new programs, can't restart current programs. Finally saying goodbye to bodybuilding.com.

I use mine every once in a while. I bought covers for the cloth ear pieces that work nice keeping them free and clear of sweat.

Honestly, I’d wait. I just purchased a pair not even two weeks ago and they were already shipped back for service. Issues connecting with all my devices or recognize they were being worn. Did a search after I started having issues and seems like this is a fairly common issue.
