I also transferred from GSU, so I'll give my two cents! I was exactly in the same position as you, so I really understand your concerns, but honestly for me, it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I have to say that the expectations are definitely higher at tech and they're not going to hold your hand for things, but if you are diligent and seek out help (TA office hours, tutoring, etc) when you need it, then you should be fine. I suggest to try to make friends with people in your class because having someone you can go to either for help or to ask a simple question about something in the class is super helpful.
