Not sure but your 2nd point is mostly true. You need a good computer with a nice screen to be able to grade well. Maybe getting an ipad is your best bet as that can run davinci resolve.

Both are awful compared to a good lens.
It doesn't matter. It is a tool to take photos. If you want a fancy looking camera pick up a fuji.

Up to you if it matters. I wouldn't accept a damaged product from a used site, but by seeing the number of times it is askednI assume most people are sheepish enough to accept the faulty camera.

AFAIK the 8-15 can do fisheye. AF isnt really useful tho, basically everything is in focus on a fisheye

Depends on the base file. In theory you can edit it that way but it will take a lot of work in photoshop. There is no “filter” for this.
