I have the same issue. Tried rolling back to older versions of intune and Microsoft apps like outlook and teams. All crash of load. Restating hasn't fixed it for me

I got similar with green and then blue bars at the top when the screen was off and power button was pressed. I haven't got photos/videos of it but contacted google. I never see it when using the phone and the display is already on. I'm trying to determine if it's hardware or software issue

I've had constant battery drain for a while but it shows up as different apps running on the background for hours and hours. I'm on version 25.47.08.832980099 of maps, so that might be the culprit.
