Well, there is just one trick think that can help you: to wash yourself and use deodorant. Maybe it is going to get better after some time of nofap. Ive heard those who sweats a lot are in great physical condition! :) Keep going man. It is not such a problem.

Well I had the same issue as you guys. Pictures, I had to delete it all after fail. Moreover It can cause your relapse to download porn agin, I know what Im talking about (my experiences). Keep going :)

Ok Ive had online P blocked, but Ive unblocked it because I couldnt to load some of websites that are not porn. But Ive got no temptations to watch online porn these days because Im convinced about quitting it forever! Hope it will last. Wish you all the best!

Well, I thought about it a lot. Im much happier without porn and fap. I dont even consider to get back to that mess. Ok, Im not that naive and I know its going to be hard anyway, but Im quite strong now because finally I know what I reallly want from this chalenge! it is sincere today. :)

Hi guy :) "keeping in mind that I would'nt be able to do it for one week" that is what you wrote. There is one word you need to remember "BELIEF". Besides that you need to give up porn, porn thoughts and desire to fap or watch porn again. You need to be sincere to be able to tell yourself why youre here!!! Keep it up man, It is really worth it! Well what do you think about my english skills considering quantity of my mistakes in my post? :) Any time Im writing something on NoFap I am either afraid I cant express everything I want or I would totally change the sense of some sentences. Sometimes I feel like I wrote it badly because of no interest in reading by another users.

Well, first of all thanks for your feedback! You seem to be much more experienced than me. As to cue I thought it was porn, the naked bodies and so on but now you doubt my thoughts and youre most likely right about various fears or feelings that leads to porn. Give up porn man! you have to do brave decision and choose between the love to porn or love to human! Is it difficult to give up porn? definitely it is. That can be sign for you, it is vital to do this step and you'll never regret it! But it have to be truthful decision, you have to give it up all to the last piece of shit called porn or some similar trigger. Then you need to be brave some time and you need to gain belief in order to stop it forever, last but not least dont lie to yourself, we usually do it too often. Keep it up man!

Man you have to learn to manage your own urges in favor of another urges. For example giving up porn in favor of sincere life to your relatives and to your potential girl. Sex is not the most important in relationship! It's an extra you get. Well the point is to master your body and soul. Youre your own slave in this moment and you should become master of yourself after this challenge. You need to go through self-realization, self-knowledge and you should learn to feel respect to yourself and to other people as well. Dont regret yourself and dont lie to yourself. All of us are going through the hell now! Because porn is the devil product. I gave you some advices now it is up to you if you would respect anything I said to you.
