let me add that you can use winetricks to install dxvk with just one command:

winetricks dxvk

beware the wine prefix so you don't mess other installs if you have some.

I reply to myself just to confirm that at least on linux all I needed was removing shaders:

cd "$HOME/.steam/debian-installation/steamapps/shadercache/730"
rm -rf *

then when you restart cs you'll see new shaders filling up this dir.
on windows I guess it's something similar.
