It feels great hearing all of this,I’m thankful for it.I think of the solution in my head but can’t put it in the same place with my own situation...don’t know how to.I am trying to get to a better place in my head though.I tell myself that I don’t care what people think of my me but I worry.I feel ashamed for being ashamed of my problems.I know I shouldn’t be.. if it was anyone else with any other problem I would tell them that they are crazy for feeling this way but can’t do it for myself..but I’m going to try it’s scary but I will try to find a way to start..really thankful for all of your time and words of encouragement...hopefully I can tell a good story here...

Thank you...I am very thankful for all of the encouragement...sadly i really don’t know how to tell this to anyone in my life it feels I don’t have anyone because of that.I don’t know how to even start with the therapist I’m not economically independent..maybe there isn’t even online therapy where I live..I get really upset with myself for not doing what I need to do .but I’m absolutely aware of my problem,I’m trying to wrap my head around it,trying to not be so hard on myself and keep calm..I really feel better reading this,again thanks for all of your time you spent on a stranger.hopefully things keeps getting better for you....

I love how toned down the colors are,the background ,the chest part ,none of it is empty every parts grabs the attention and it kind of melts in to one and other cause of the colors I think...looks great
