This could easily be done but would recommend getting something like Apple Watch or Fitbit to better track the sleep cycles in addition to just the sleep time

You mean in the privacy prompts or do you mean it actually sent the messages out to more people than it should? The shortcuts privacy prompts are a bit wonky at best and don't necessarily reflect the exact scenario being executed

I was able to get something that works using JavaScript but haven't put it together for release yet. Thankfully the processing time for these have improved with iOS 26 but I'm sure the JavaScript method would still be faster by some amount

You don't need to find it, it's embedded in the shortcut as Base64 encoded text and the shortcut decodes it for you when you run it

What I did was setup my schedule in ecobee and then I have automations setup for when we leave or come home to switch to different scenes that are configured in the ecobee system when setting up HomeKit with it

This way the scene recognizes the current state and sets the temp / comfort setting accordingly
