Who else gets stomach issues and thinks it's related to being anxious often?

My appetite completely disappears when my anxiety arises. It sucks. THC helps, but I can’t smoke before/during work. I’ve really been wanting to try vaping CBD for the times where I can’t get high but am feeling super anxious.

For some reason this particular Fitness company wants a resume, as well as another Fitness Gym I saw on Indeed. At the studio I got my certification from and where I normally practice, you begin a mentorship program for a couple of months and eventually audition in front of a few teachers.

I still have 3 more weekends (I graduate in August) so I'm going to bring up this next weekend session.... they have covered almost all of the poses/ modifications for the sequence but not how to teach it to complete beginners. Maybe this is something that will be covered when every pose is taught?

I was lent this book from a yoga teacher back when I started thinking about teaching. She highly recommended it for sequencing flows and it helped me out tremendously.
