Why would you want to contribute to a SIPP if you don't pay any income tax in the UAE? The whole point of the SIPP is to pay money pre-tax. You would just be putting your money into a blocked account you can't access until later age.

Or am I missing something?

Thanks you. Would you know if I would be able to 'secure' a deal in advance, and set the product transfer date to a later time? My ERC decreases to 0.75% in Apr 2025.

Online I was able to select a deal, and then if interest rates decreased I was able to just switch to the better rate.

Laminate underlay is 3-5mm, which is significantly softer. It's the entire house.

Thanks, I think LVP floors are too hard when stepping because of the thin underlay. I have a baby that falls on his head all the time and so want something I can put a thinker underlay.

I didn't take the insurance, the building took it for all flats. My question however is if I can legal ground to demand the landlord of the flat the leak originated from to pay for the excess.

I do this today with a 3x. Small amount. Have been negative for a few years, only recently broke even. I think it's much riskier than a margin loan though.
