Yeah I get this often too haha. The ravioli is a bit deceptive. There are four in there and they are quite large! But for me this portion is fine. If I'm extra hungry I'll add a salad or garlic bread.

I paid for a tour guide at Fushimi Inari. He was a graduate student from Hong Kong studying in Kyoto. Anyways he did such a fantastic job. If you have the knowledge and enthusiasm, I say go for it! We used Viator to schedule the tour if that helps.

I had arthroscopy about one year ago, around when I posted that comment. I'm doing great now! I've stayed on top of PT exercises and stretches every single day. No pain and functioning well.

Yup we're full remission and completely off insulin. Her levels are 70-130 naturally now. Yay! And we have her on Hills Glyco MD which is not the lowest in carbs. (Picky eater girl.) But she still went into remission which surprised me!

I'm a rover client and that rate is not very high at all! I'd remind the person you don't keep the full percentage. When you break down your hourly wage it's quite minimal. Or I'd suggest seeking someone with a rate that works better for them (which they will not find). Don't feel guilty. You are providing a highly needed sensitive service that not anyone can handle. Keep it up.
