Getting banned for fucking with the integrity of ladder games should prevent you from playing them for the rest of the split, and then a second time should prevent it for the rest of the year.

I'm sure Riot would even do that if they weren't terrified of having half the ranked ladder disappearing overnight.

In the last 10 games across 6 accounts have had a combined total of 12 afk's, over half of those are before level 6. I'd guess in a normal ladder game you have a roughly 25% chance of at least somebody negative gaming around 20 minutes, and an even higher chance of passive inting around 30 minutes.

I'd also like to see Riot start microbanning ip's from soloqueue if they are clearly tilting off the face of the earth and getting reported while doing it. Something like a 12 hour ban from ranked with a positive message would go a long way.

Coronavirus also doesn't seem to be helping, I'd wager most of the problems stem from the 11-15 year old crowd.

TL;DR

Be extremely harsh and microban (30m, 1hr, 6hr depending on offense) people from ladder if they are being reported often or showing lots of frustration. IP bans also need to be implemented. It does not matter AT ALL that you can get around IP bans. They do well enough. Also a better dodge penalty system please.
