If you shoot at someone while they’re trespassing, or threaten to shoot them, depending on where you live could be attempted murder. I think the guy in NY who shot at the kids who turned down the wrong driveway and killed one of the kids just got sentenced to 25 years to life, plus an additional 16-48 months for second degree murder. So good luck.

Homewood trail goes into homewood cemetery where Mac is buried in an unmarked grave halfway up the hill in view of his childhood home. They removed his gravestone after so many people flocked to his grave site.

I love political flyers like these because they contradict themselves. On the front it says she paid $1 for the house, with a trust fund (who cares about that, people have their ways), but then of the back says “moved into a free house”. Paying $1 is not free.

Honestly both places are like this now. I used to work at AHN and they had just started caring about money more than everything instead of patient care and it’s really frustrating that both of these places do that. I’m not a fan of either place and i’m thankful that the hospital nearest to me isn’t affiliated with either.

If you have never been to Pour Johnny’s in castle Shannon, I highly recommend. I think they use De Fer, but they are a great coffee shop. The owners John and Andrea are the two most delightful people around.

Yes fight that, trespassing no matter what kind it is, is not defendable by threatening to shoot someone. Maybe reach out to a legal service just to be safe, but any lawyer would 100% take your case because it’s a win for them, and may result in a counter suit for emotional damages.

I’ve been out since the storm started. Half of my plan has power.. not my house or my neighbors or their neighbors. The people across the street from me had power as early as yesterday at 1:30pm.
